Huddle is intended for use by teams to conduct quick meetings to share work progress.

You may create or join huddles, add text updates, record video, or record audio updates related to your task contributions.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit through the Web Application.

You agree not to use the Web Application for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit through the Web Application.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Web Application.

The Web Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Web Application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Web Application.

In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Web Application.

We may terminate your access to the Web Application at any time, for any reason, or no reason.

You may terminate your use of the Web Application at any time.
